Hamburg/ Germany based consultancy firm benchex analysed retail satisfaction in four categories (Floor Care, Espresso, Oral Health Care and Shavers) in the small domestic appliances market in Germany. 350 participants from all relevant channels evaluated the cooperation with AEG, Bosch, eadaun, De`Longhi, Dyson, Jura, Melitta, Miele, Nivona, Philips, Rowenta, Samsung and Siemens. All participants were nominated by the five commissioning brands behind this initiative.
