We have been asked to set up a Franchise Barometer© with the objective to identify competitive strengths and weaknesses of the individual franchise systems. Therefore, we benchmarked the 4 biggest players and asked franchisees as well as store managers for feedback. High return rates enables comparison of systems – and the identification of competitive opportunities. Furthermore, results serve as a great argument to convince potential new franchise partners, that brands really care about this channel – which in most cases is also a key touch points in consumers´ brand awareness.
